Victoria Dinielli is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. She brings more than ten years of executive-level talent acquisition experience specializing in the placement of C-level executives in software and tech enabled services companies.
Prior to JM Search, Victoria spent eight years as a leader in the Executive Search Practice at Korn Ferry, a publicly traded global management consulting firm, where she placed senior-level talent for Fortune, middle market and PE-backed companies across a wide array of industry verticals within technology including, MarTech, TMT, Cybersecurity, SaaS and Platforms, Mobility, E-commerce, among other B2B environments. She has led searches across various functions including Technology Officer, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Corporate Strategy and Development, and HR. Before Korn Ferry, Victoria was with Spencer Stuart, where she managed executive-level search engagements for the firm’s global Industrial Practice. Prior to executive search, Victoria worked at American Express as a National Account Manager, where she had oversight for one of the company’s largest clients.
Victoria is a member of NDGIFTS, the Global Neurodiversity Movement, and Rebuild Neurodiversity Project for Stanford University Graduate School, where she researched and co-authored on the state of Neurodiversity in the Workplace. Victoria is passionate about workplace inclusion for individuals of all abilities.
