Wendy Bremen is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice. She focuses on recruiting key healthcare and life sciences executives for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Wendy has placed successful executives across many functions in the Healthcare Services, Payer, Healthcare Technology and Medical Device industries. Wendy maintains a strong ability to motivate candidates and efficiently move the search process forward.
Prior to JM Search, Wendy was a Principal with Windale Group, a boutique retained executive search firm. Before Windale Group, Wendy advised clients and attracted talent in the consulting industry. She served as Head of Network Development for HighPoint Associates, where she led all recruiting, network, and staffing efforts across the company. Wendy also held roles in academia relaunching and leading The Wharton Small Business Development Center, and as a consultant at both EY and as an independent advisor.
Wendy obtained an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and a A.B. degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She also is a Certified Professional Coach. Wendy currently lives in Lincoln Park, IL with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Wendy loves traveling with her family and spending time outdoors skiing, at ranches, and exploring local nature preserves with her dogs.
