Wes Chisholm is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Technology Practice, where he focuses on recruiting senior go-to-market and commercial executives for high-growth B2B software and services companies. He brings more than a decade of combined hands-on sales leadership and executive search experience, having led dozens of searches from VP to C-suite across SaaS, services, and marketplace models.

Prior to joining JM, Wes served as Practice Lead, Sales and Revenue at Hunt Club and was a Partner in the Go-to-Market Practice at True Search,  where he led executive searches for venture-backed and late-stage private equity-backed companies. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President, Corporate Business Development at Guidepoint and as Head of Sales and Relationship Management, North America at EQS Group, where he scaled U.S. revenue from the ground up and built the North American Organization to 20 people. He also held multiple roles at NASDAQ, progressing from individual contributor to leading a regional sales team.

He partners with CEOs, boards, and investors to assess, attract, and retain leaders who drive revenue, customer success, and product-market expansion. Wes combines frontline selling experience, a proven team-building track record, and deep sector expertise to help organizations build high-impact commercial leadership teams.

He lives in Locust Valley, New York with his wife and two daughters.
