Wes Yampolsky

Wes Yampolsky is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. With more than 15 years of experience spanning healthcare delivery and executive recruitment, she partners with complex healthcare organizations to identify and recruit senior leaders who deliver mission-critical impact. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Wes builds enduring partnerships and serves as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Prior to joining JM Search, Wes spent eight years as a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Services Practice, where she led executive search engagements for leading academic health systems, NCI-designated cancer centers, medical schools, children’s hospitals, and integrated delivery networks nationwide. She began her healthcare career at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she held administrative leadership roles and executed C-suite recruitments for the Office of the Physician-in-Chief.

Wes earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Widener University and completed graduate coursework toward a Master’s in Social Work at Fordham University. She lives in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two children. A certified yoga instructor, Wes enjoys hot yoga, live music, and summer weekends in Avalon, New Jersey.
