William Farkouh

Will Farkouh is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Will brings three decades of professional experience, including over two decades in Human Resources to JM Search. His expertise spans the life sciences industry and includes functional depth in operations, manufacturing & supply chain, human resources, engineering., go-to-market, and procurement. Will possesses a strong business acumen, prides himself as a “networking nerd” and has a passion for building lasting relationships and developing a diverse talent base.

Prior to JM Search, Will spent two decades in various global HR roles at Merck, Pfizer, Wyeth and Siemens Medical Solutions, where he supported senior leaders within manufacturing, supply chain, technology and various enabling functions. Will started his HR career in search at Kenexa/IBM, where he specialized in both executive search and RPO engagements with clients such as Corning, Maytag, Pfizer and various healthcare systems.

Will is a graduate of Widener University, where he earned a MS in Human Resource Management and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is a former board member for the Philadelphia chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and volunteers as a career coach for our U.S. veterans. Will lives in Spring City, PA with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, music, cooking and traveling.
