Robert Gross

Robert Gross is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. Rob focuses on early & growth stage tech enabled services and software businesses. His success is directly attributed to a data driven approach with specific focus on engagement, loyalty and customer satisfaction. ​

In addition to full executive suite build-outs, Rob is well versed in second line leadership build-outs as well. As one of the founding members of JM’s Go-To-Market Center-of-Excellence (“GTM COE”), Rob’s functional focus is GTM with vertical expertise in productivity software (supply chain, workforce management, automation, and HCM) tech enabled services and infrastructure software.  ​

Rob has been in the executive search industry for over 11 years, and prior to JM, he led tech and industrial GTM, operations and finance retained executive search engagements for McDermott & Bull executive search. ​

Rob graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.A. in History and Political Science. He lives in Santa Barbara with his family and takes pride in his golf game (single digit handicap) and insatiable desire for knowledge – WWII history, leadership & motivation and business management.
