Jane Vaynerov

Jane Vaynerov is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She brings extensive experience in executive recruitment, partnering with biotechnology companies and venture capital firms to recruit senior executives and board members. Having worked as an operator, Jane understands how leadership functions interact and depend on one another. She works closely with clients to build leadership teams that support their strategic priorities and advance their organizations through key stages of growth and development.

Prior to joining JM Search, Jane was a Principal at Catalyst Advisors, a retained executive search firm focused on human therapeutics, where she led executive and board searches for innovative life sciences companies and venture firms. Previously, she was an Associate at Occam Global, where she recruited C-suite executives and board members for entrepreneurial life sciences companies. Earlier in her career, Jane held roles in global brand marketing, finance, and strategy at Mattel and began her career in consulting at FTI Consulting.

Jane earned an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Based in Los Angeles, Jane enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, playing tennis, and traveling.
