MacLane Jr. brings over 25 years of executive search experience to the firm’s Industrial & Industrial Technologies Practice
March 22, 2022 (Atlanta, Georgia) — JM Search, a premier retained executive search firm, today announces the hiring of Bruce MacLane Jr. as a Principal in the firm’s expanding Industrial and Industrial Technology Practices led by Partners Jim McGinley, Alissa Moody, John Hildebrand, and Tom Hanzsche.
MacLane Jr. brings more than 25 years of executive search and talent acquisition experience working with members of the sector’s C-Suites, Boards, and Private Equity Owners. Prior to joining JM Search, MacLane Jr. led Global Talent Acquisition for GE Aviation, as well as for several other large companies including GE Newell Brands and Novelis. He also previously built and ran the executive recruiting function for The Home Depot.
In addition to his client-side experience, Bruce has over 10 years of experience in the executive search industry most notably with global firms Korn Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles. MacLane Jr. has a proven track record of delivering impactful results across a broad range of assignments for domestic and international clients in the industrial, aerospace and defense, and consumer sectors. His placements include Chief Executive Officers and their direct reports, as well as functional leaders in supply chain, finance, human resources, marketing, and IT.
