Brett Fowler

Brett is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Distribution & Services Practice. He has extensive global executive search experience across a variety of industries and functions, with primary expertise in industrial and services. Brett specializes in partnering with Private Equity firms and public companies to attract top senior level executives.

Prior to JM Search, Brett spent three years at True Search where he worked with VC, PE and Public companies to identify and recruit world class HR professionals. Before True Search, Brett spent over three years at Korn Ferry as a member of their Industrials practice. During this time, Brett was a founding member of Korn Ferry’s Infrastructure, Construction and Services practice, working on a variety of senior executive searches. Brett began his career at ProcoCommodities (fka Commodity Search Partners).

Brett graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Business Administration and minor in Earth & Environmental Sciences.  He currently lives in Philadelphia and enjoys sports, traveling and spending time outdoors with his dog.
