Chuck Egoville is a founding member of the Technology Practice at JM Search and co-leads the Growth Technology Practice. He has conducted more than 250 searches over two decades and works with leading private equity firms, including Battery Ventures, Carrick Capital, Riverside Partners, and Warburg Pincus, to recruit portfolio company leadership. Chuck has deep expertise in running Board, CEO, and CFO searches for technology, healthcare, and life sciences businesses. The Growth Technology Practice has developed expertise in the following areas: pharmaceutical manufacturing & supply chain software, provider-based technology, and next generation clinical trial software.
Chuck’s clients are growth-oriented investors and CEOs of innovative, proven businesses with significant market penetration. These clients want to maintain their entrepreneurial cultures but have reached an inflection point: they now need transformational leaders who can drive new initiatives and growth.
Before beginning his executive search career, Chuck held management positions in the consumer finance and credit divisions of Bank of America. He earned a BA in political science from Boston College.
Chuck lives with his wife and three children in Kennett Square, PA. When not recruiting, he enjoys spending his time outdoors, cycling, hiking with family, training for distance races, or running with his JM colleagues in historic Valley Forge Park. He loves to follow national politics, a good debate, and until 2018 was a long-suffering Philadelphia sports fan.
