Chris Radigan is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology and Financial Services Practices. He specializes in recruiting C-level executives in Banking, Exchanges/Clearing, Asset Management, Insurance, and FinTech in Product, Technology, Security, and Risk Management. In leading searches for executives – including CEOs, and General Managers, both Go-To-Market and Operational – Chris has a functional concentration in Product/Technology, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management.
Prior to JM Search, Chris worked at True Search and Korn Ferry, where he leveraged his deep industry experience in Financial Services and FinTech to support clients ranging from high-growth VC-backed to large publicly traded companies. Alongside his efforts in traditional executive search, Chris orchestrated large-scale transformation efforts to address workforce fatigue – a problem amplified by COVID-19. He also has experience providing assessment and succession planning with respective leadership development programs.
Additionally, Chris has worked with federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, Secret Service, ATF, Diplomatic Security Services, etc., to help their Senior Executive Service (SES) members transition into private sector employment. While doing so, he was able to customize curriculum/training, preparing their leaders to succeed in corporate settings.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State. As a proud Nittany Lion, he is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association’s New York City Chapter. Residing in Northern New Jersey, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife (also a Penn Stater) and two young children.
