Lauren Golden

Lauren Golden is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Consumer Practice. Lauren has proven expertise in successfully placing Chief Human Resources Officers, HR generalists, and HR specialist positions including talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, and diversity. Her experience spans across a variety of industries, including the consumer packaged goods, retail technology, manufacturing, financial services, life sciences, nonprofit, and education sectors.

Prior to JM Search, Lauren was with Spencer Stuart where she was a core member of the Human Resources Practice. Before joining Spencer Stuart, Lauren began her career at Lehman Brothers (and then Barclays Capital) in the Investment Banking Division where she was responsible for managing the investment banking analyst program for North America. In this role, she established quality standards and fair practices for the analyst population and developed policies for consistent applications across the organization. She was involved in all aspects of the program including training, performance appraisals, compensation, and advancement.

Lauren earned a B.A. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. She grew up outside of Chicago and spent over a decade living in New York after graduating college and now resides outside of Philadelphia with her husband and three kids. Lauren is actively involved in her community and serves on the Executive Board of Trinity Preschool of Berwyn and Chairs the Membership Development Committee of Waynesborough Country Club. She also enjoys playing tennis and staying active.
