Lisa Philippi

Lisa Philippi is a Principal at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She has deep expertise in recruiting Chief Financial Officers and Finance Leaders across the healthcare sector for private equity, venture capital, Fortune 500 and other growth orientated organizations.

Lisa started her career in retained executive search with Cook Associates and Korn Ferry International. During her time at Cook and Korn Ferry, Lisa supported private equity-backed companies with a focus in diversified manufacturing and technology. Before transitioning back to executive search, Lisa worked in corporate talent acquisition. She served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Kaufman Hall and as a Recruiting Lead at Facebook, now Meta.

Lisa earned her B.A. from Colgate University with a major in Religious Studies. Lisa resides in Chicago with her husband and dog. During her free time, she enjoys cooking and traveling with family and friends.
