Nikkaya Spence

Nikkaya Spence is an Executive Search Consultant at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Human Resources and Diversity Officers Practice. She focuses on recruiting Chief Human Resources Officers, HR generalists, and HR specialists including talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, and diversity roles.

Prior to JM Search, Nikkaya was a Community Director and Graduate Assistant at Rider University where she worked alongside the Associate Dean of Residence Life, while also overseeing a Greek residence hall. Additionally, Nikkaya held the role of a Resident Director and was a part of multiple committees such as Training & Recognition, Recruitment & Selection, and served as a board member for the Critical Assessment Response & Evaluation (CARE) team at Lamar University.

Nikkaya earned her B.A. in Psychology at Rowan University and an M.A in Organizational Leadership from Rider University. During her undergraduate career, Nikkaya became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in 2017.  Though born in Kingston, Jamaica, Nikkaya now resides outside of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, photography, and of course creating memories with her family.
