Ryan Gilligan

Ryan Gilligan is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Information Technology Executives Practice. He focuses on recruiting technology executives across a variety of industries for private equity, venture capital, and Fortune 2000 companies. He has nearly 15 years of recruiting experience with the last 7 years focused of executive search. He is responsible for end-to-end search execution in addition to client development. His primary focus is on Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, and their direct reports.
Prior to JM Search, Ryan spent more than 10 years recruiting within the IT function from entry level positions to C-Suite. He spent 3 years with Korn Ferry as part of the Technology Officers Practice. This included everything from business development, research, search execution, and offer negotiation. Ryan served clients in both the private equity and Fortune 1000 space across multiple industries to include technology, industrial, consumer, financial services, and professional services.
Ryan earned his BSBA in Business Management from the University of Denver. He currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife and two young children. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his family, golf in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter.
