InstaMed, healthcare’s most trusted payments network, announced today the appointment of Frank McAnally as Chief Financial Officer. McAnally joins InstaMed from Fidelity National Information Services Inc. (FIS) where he was Chief Financial Officer of the Institutional and Wholesale business responsible for over $2 billion in annual revenues. McAnally brings with him an extensive background in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax and risk management along with a deep appreciation for InstaMed and its unique position to streamline healthcare payments for consumers, providers and payers.
As CFO, McAnally will report directly to Bill Marvin, InstaMed’s President, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. “I am delighted to welcome Frank to InstaMed. His deep experience in financial services and transaction processing will be an asset to the company,” said Marvin. “Throughout his career, Frank has built up extensive operational and corporate development experience with financial services and transaction processing businesses. I believe his perspective and his track record of execution will help us scale and accelerate the growth of our business.”

Prior to FIS, McAnally was with global FinTech leader SunGard Data Systems for 16 years, rising within the organization to become its Global Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2015, McAnally helped lead the corporate finance team in a successful liquidity event, concluding with the strategic sale of SunGard to FIS valued at $9.1 billion. Frank graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University. Frank is a Certified Public Accountant. He focuses his volunteer efforts with the Delaware Valley Cystic Fibrosis Foundation where he was a 2017 Philly’s Finest Honoree.
