Tracx, a leading social media management platform, has announced that Jenifer Kern will join the company as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Kern, known for being a leader in marketing innovation, was previously the VP of Marketing at Celerity, a digital consultancy based in McLean, VA, where she built an integrated marketing, sales, and lead gen engine from the ground up. Celerity was acquired by a publicly traded French firm, AUSY, in late 2015.
Tracx is today’s top social business cloud for analyzing and optimizing customer interactions to drive brand loyalty. Tracx was named to Deloitte’s 2015 “Technology Fast 500” and Red Herring’s Top 100 under the new leadership of Rick Rudman, former founder and CEO of Vocus.
Kern joins Rudman to round out a talented executive team that aims to leverage Tracx’s reputation as a social media data powerhouse, solidifying its position as the best solution for the full lifecycle of social media listening, analytics, engagement, and publishing. It is the only tool to capture the full social conversation, regardless of keyword, channel, or mentions.
“I’m thrilled about joining Tracx because of the revolutionary impact that social media is having on businesses, customer relationships, and our everyday lives. We now live in a customer-run, socially fueled economy, and businesses that make the most of their social presence will be best positioned to succeed,” said Kern.
Jen Kern is also a frequent speaker and has served on several boards and marketing associations including Women in Technology (WIT), Marketing Leaders of DC, AMA-DC, and Marketing Technology/Automation user groups. She was recognized as Outstanding Female Speaker of the Year by HubSpot’s INBOUND conference for her presentation “Getting Sales Jazzed about Inbound Marketing.”
