Chris Neumann

Chris Neumann is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. He has 15 years of executive recruiting experience and specializes in recruiting senior executive leaders in the healthcare services space, primarily for private equity and venture capital-backed portfolio companies.

Prior to JM Search, Chris started his executive recruiting career at a generalist boutique firm in Chicago as a researcher before taking on a Senior Consultant role with a startup search firm leading research, execution, client management and business development. After completing his graduate studies, Chris joined WittKieffer in their Healthcare Practice successfully partnering with a variety of healthcare delivery and managed care clients nationwide. Most recently, Chris was a Senior Associate at True Search in the Healthcare Practice placing senior leaders across multisite healthcare services, digital health and healthcare tech.

Chris earned his B.A. in History from Southern Methodist University and M.B.A from the University of San Diego. He is married with three young children and lives in Long Beach, CA. He and his family enjoy spending time in the great outdoors of California, exploring all that the beach, desert and mountains have to offer. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, basketball and cheering for his hometown Chicago sports teams.
