Julie Woodruff

Julie Woodruff joined JM Search as a Vice President in the firm’s Industrial Technology practice where she specializes in identifying top executive talent for high-growth organizations across industrial sectors including discrete manufacturing, distribution, building products and automation. As a key part of the firm’s execution and delivery team, she brings broad experience as a researcher and advisor having partnered with boards and senior leaders making strategic decisions impacting global businesses.

She comes to JM Search from a global executive search firm where she partnered with teams to develop high-impact C-suite and board succession planning projects for clients ranging from public utilities to Fortune 100 manufacturers and retail chains. Earlier in her career, Julie led teams to develop primary financial research with a global firm advising buy side investment firms.

She received a bachelors degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA and currently resides in Charlotte, NC. Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, playing tennis and traveling.
