Leah Fogg

Leah Fogg is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Packaging and Chemicals Practice. Leah is a strategic relationship manager with over 10 years of chemical industry experience which she has translated into executive search. Leah has a proven track record in placing senior level talent within this market using her industry expertise to uncover targeted talent to support her clients.​

Prior to JM Search, Leah served as a Senior Search Executive within a retained boutique search firm. Leah began her career in materials development as a researcher with Hexcel Corporation and Daikin Chemicals America. Leah served as the technical point person in synthetic polymer development along with formulation and applications chemistry. She transitioned into a strategic commercial capacity with Daikin America followed by serving as Global Key Account Manager at Michelman Inc. In her commercial time, Leah conducted global pricing initiatives, account engagement across regions, along with client penetration through executive leadership and targeted stakeholders.​

Leah holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is married and lives in Huntsville, Alabama with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, Leah enjoys baking, traveling, kayaking, and live music.
