Rachael Spence

Rachael Spence is the Director of Talent Acquisition at JM Search. Rachael specializes in identifying top talent to support the growth and success of the Firm.

Prior to JM Search, Rachael led the talent acquisition function for a talent, consulting and learning solutions firm. She drove internal growth throughout the companies 35+ offices and was integral in building the internal talent acquisition function. She developed and implemented a new applicant tracking system to streamline the internal hiring process, trained, and led multiple recruiting teams, and served as a mentor to new members.

Rachael received her B.S. in Communication from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Elverson, PA with her husband and three young children. Outside of the office, Rachael loves spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and baking anything sweet!
