Steven LaCosse

Steven LaCosse is an Executive Search Consultant at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. He specializes in executive search engagements for early-stage, middle-market, and high-growth private and public technology companies, as well as private equity-backed companies and their portfolio businesses.​

Prior to JM Search, Steven built a strong foundation of experience in technology sales, marketing, client management, insurance, risk management, college recruitment and athletic coaching.​

Steven received his M.B.A in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership, and his B.S. degree in Business Administration and Sports Management from Olivet Nazarene University, while serving as a student-athlete in Men’s Soccer and a student board member of the university’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Chapter. Outside of the office, Steven enjoys time with his wife and their son. Several hobbies include soccer, running (completed several marathons), boxing, sports, fitness and travel. They currently reside in Chicago, Illinois.
