Avery Loeffler

Avery Loeffler is a Vice President at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Consumer Practice. She specializes in recruiting C-level executives for mid-market, private equity-backed companies in the Consumer industry.

Avery joined JM Search from Indeed, where she managed enterprise accounts and worked on sales strategy focused on new product adoption and retention. She began her executive search career at Korn Ferry, where she spent 4 years as a member of the firm’s Financial Technology practice. Her clients included commercial and consumer banks, payment processors, and software companies. Her experience recruiting is across C-level executives from a range of private equity, global fortune 500, private to small startups.

Avery graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.S. in Economics and minor in Education. In her free time, Avery enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dining out, traveling and staying active. She lives in Boston and loves getting outside to explore New England.
