Rebecca Caesar

Rebecca Caesar is a Vice President in the Industrial Technology practice at JM Search. Rebecca is a growth expert, strategic influencer, and relationship manager who thrives on creating something from nothing. With 10+ years in sales and new business development, she has established and cultivated strong relationships with C-suite and VP-level decision makers and gained deep experience managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable business growth. The firm’s Industrial Technology practice focuses on highly technical segments such as robotics, mobility, motion control, optics, machine vision, sensor, and scanning components with hardware and software elements.

Prior to joining JM Search, Rebecca spent six years with IBM, including five years in the Bay Area and a year in Philadelphia. She served as a Client Executive and Relationship Manager and managed a multi-million-dollar book of business across multiple enterprise accounts within the Industrial Market. Sectors included: Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Engineering & Construction, Chemicals & Petroleum, Electronics, and Discrete Manufacturing, ranging from mid-market to Fortune 1000 companies.

Before specializing in the Industrial space, Rebecca managed cross-industry accounts in the Insurance, CPG, Retail, Semiconductor, and Hi-Tech sectors. Working closely with her software, hardware, and services teams, Rebecca served as the “quarterback” of her internal extended teams and the main point of contact to streamline communication with clients. Earlier in her career, Rebecca served as a sales associate for Morningside Translations in New York City, a legal translation, and interpretations company, where she successfully helped break into new legal markets.

Rebecca earned a B.A in History, specializing in American Civil War history, and a minor in the Spanish Language from the University of Rochester (NY)ster (NY). She earned her MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In her free time, Rebecca loves sampling new wines with her partner after hitting her Peloton bike. While she loved living in the Bay Area, she is happy to be back on the east coast and closer to family!
