Colin Riordan

Colin Riordan is a Vice President with JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. He specializes in recruiting finance and accounting executives across software/SaaS and tech-enabled services companies primarily for private equity-backed businesses.

Prior to joining JM Search, Colin spent 6 years with Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a member of the firm’s Technology and Services Practice, working with companies ranging from private equity-backed to multi-billion-dollar corporations on senior management and C-level searches. Colin began his career in the technology staffing industry, where he was a business development leader for a national contingent recruitment firm.

Colin received his B.A. from the University of Dayton. He lives in Chicago with his wife and son. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing and traveling.
